- Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing practice that synchronises movement with breath. This dynamic practice builds strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance while promoting mindfulness and presence.
- Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced and restorative style of Yoga. The practice primarily targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than the muscles. Yin yoga stimulates the deeper layers of the body and helps release tension, increase flexibility, and improve joint mobility.

Ice baths involve submerging the body in cold water to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation. The cold helps constrict blood vessels, reducing swelling and promotes faster recovery through improved circulation once exiting the bath.
